This website and all services are owned and operated by Zeroin Management Pvt. Ltd., operating team I – The Entertainment and Media Institute (“Company”).
By accessing this website or enrolling in any program, course, event, or service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All admissions are subject to acceptance by the Company upon receipt of prescribed fees and completion of required documentation. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
The Company reserves the right to modify course structure, duration, curriculum, faculty, schedules, and delivery formats (online/offline/hybrid) at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Participation in events, internships, or intellectual properties including but not limited to Driven, DJamathon, and other experiential activities is subject to availability, eligibility, and performance, and is not guaranteed.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in any course, event, or activity.
Any misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of institutional policies may result in suspension or termination without refund.
All intellectual property including content, designs, branding, course materials, and event formats remain the exclusive property of Zeroin Management Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, regulatory changes, strikes, lockouts, civil disturbances, or technical failures.
In such circumstances, the Company reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel services without any liability for refund or compensation.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Zeroin Management Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services.
Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be referred to and resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company.
- The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- The language of arbitration shall be English.
Jurisdiction
Subject to the arbitration clause above, all matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
