If you have never done a rally, the word can sound intimidating, all roll cages and race suits and split-second overtakes. A TSD rally is none of that. It is calm, clever and open to anyone with a licence and a car or a bike. It is exactly where DRIVEN begins for most of the women who join us.

TSD means Time, Speed, Distance

A TSD rally is not about who is fastest. You are given a route and a target average speed, and your job is to arrive at hidden checkpoints at exactly the right moment, not too early, not too late. Drive too fast and you are penalised. Drive too slow and you are penalised. The winner is the one who is most precise, not the one with the biggest engine.

That single rule changes everything. A brand new driver in a small hatchback can beat a seasoned one in a sports car, because the game is nerve, teamwork and arithmetic, not horsepower.

What actually happens on the day

DRIVEN is a one-day, FMSCI-licensed rally. You flag off from Bengaluru in the morning, follow a route book through the countryside, and are back the same night. You can bring one to three navigators, so it is as much a day out with your people as it is a competition. Cars and bikes run in separate categories.

Why first-timers do so well

Because precision can be learned in a morning, but it rewards the careful, and women who have never raced anything in their lives routinely finish on the podium. You do not need a fast car. You do not need experience. You need a licence, a sense of humour and a willingness to concentrate. We handle the rest with a full briefing before you roll.
