Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Company via official communication channels.

• Cancellation of admission after confirmation shall not entitle the participant to any refund.
• Event registrations, participation fees, or bookings once confirmed are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any course, session, or event due to operational requirements, regulatory constraints, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond its control.

In such cases, the Company may, at its discretion, offer an alternative schedule, credit note, or adjustment without any obligation for monetary refund.

The Company shall not be liable for any losses, expenses, or damages incurred due to such cancellations or rescheduling.
